After configuring, RustDesk will show you a Your ID number and a Password. Enter them below and click Send — we'll receive them instantly and connect to help you.
You're always in control — you can see everything we do on your screen, and you can disconnect at any time by closing RustDesk.
Yes. RustDesk uses end-to-end encryption, meaning no one else can see your screen. Only someone with your ID and password can connect, and you can revoke access at any time.
Windows: Settings → Apps → find RustDesk → Uninstall
Mac: Drag RustDesk from Applications to Trash
macOS will show several permission prompts — click Allow on all of them:
If you accidentally clicked "Don't Allow", go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording and toggle RustDesk on. You may need to restart the app after.
Windows SmartScreen may show a warning because the app is new to your computer. Click "More info" then "Run anyway". This is normal and safe.
